Create Raffles

These commands allow you to create basic raffles directly from within discord, which is a much better mobile experience.

Create any type of raffle with the /create-raffle /create-fcfs and /create-wallet-collection commands. Parameters generally correspond with the fields when creating a raffle in the website, but are somewhat more limited.
